We purchased this because we needed a place to store our DVD's and Blu-Ray Discs. We wanted something that looked good in our family room. The size is perfect and it looks good in the room.

We were looking for a small cabinet to store our Blu-ray and DVD's. This fit the bill perfectly. Size is great, plenty of storage and the style will coordinate with many wood finishes.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Does the item come Pre-Assembled?

We bought ours in the store so of course it was already assembled, but looking at it I think it definitely comes pre-assembled.

Of what material are the scrolls made?

The scroll work is made of metal and has an antiqued finish. I'm not sure what type of metal though.

The color is described as mahagony but it looks very light. Is it this light of wood in person?

We bought ours a couple of years ago and it was listed as a mahogany finish. It is much darker than the one shown on the web site. I would try to look at it in person though. It does look a LOT lighter than the one we bought.
