Not from the top as you would hang a picture frame or other type mirror. Where the kickstand is attached (lower to mid-way down the mirror backside), it may be possible to use that section. As long as the screws/nails did not have a large head, otherwise I think it may tilt forward when trying to hang. I would make a straight row of nailings if I was going to attempt to hang this item. And if your nails were not into a stud then most definitely you would need to use drywall anchors, as this mirror weighs in at 30 -35 lbs. But, I'm leery of all that effort and then the mirror may not lay flat on the wall...I think the nails would have to significantly stick out a good inch for balance of the mirror.
